Freemark Abbey Chardonnay 2019

Beautiful, dense Chardonnay with phenolic tension and layers of fruit. Full-bodied with lots of complexity, pretty intensity and tightness at the end. Dried pineapple and hints of tropical fruit and praline. Made from Howell Mountain, Carneros and Napa City. Drink or hold. Score – 94. (jamessuckling.com, April 6, 2021)
