Frey Riesling Kabinett 2018

This Riesling Kabinett was spontaneously fermented in stainless steel and is elegant, structured and fresh. It’s an evocative, tangy wine, with apricot, yellow plum, and a fine salt-edged minerality. Drinking beautifully now, it has the stuffing to age further.
