A lovely nose with mixed aromas of green apples, fresh pears, mustard seeds and some sweet spices. Medium body with good volume and balance. Fresh with energy and a harmonious core of crisp apples and spices mingling throughout. Excellent length in the finish. From biodynamically grown grapes with Demeter certification.
