Hacienda López de Haro Rioja Reserva Blanco 2018

Raúl Acha sources this well-made white blend from the Sonsierra and Alto Najerilla subregions, combining Viura with lesser amounts of Garnacha Blanca, Malvasía, Tempranillo Blanco and Turruntés. Barrel fermented in oak from Eastern Europe, France and America, it’s floral, focused and concentrated, with flavours of pear, citrus, quince and patisserie spices. Drink date: 2024-2029. Score – 92.
