Hidden Bench Rosomel Vineyard Fumé Blanc 2021

From the Rosomel Vineyard on Beamsville Bench, Niagara Escarpment wine region, Hidden Bench 2021 Fumé Blanc is a dry, medium-bodied, food-friendly Sauvignon Blanc with equal portions of the wine aged in new oak, neutral oak barrels and concrete tank. The wine is concentrated with layers of bright apple, tropical fruit, gooseberry, grapefruit and fine herbs along with smoky, flinty mineral notes. So mouth-wateringly good! Drink: 2023-2025.
