For nearly fifty years, Hochtaler has been a favourite of Canadian consumers. Originally made to mimic the popular off-dry German wine styles, Hochtaler displays notes of baked apples and citrus complemented by mineral and floral elements. It is an excellent pairing for sausages or pork schnitzel.
