The Chardonnay here was grown in soils featuring plentiful Jurassic-period fossilized oyster shells; a characteristic that imparts the region’s noted saline minerality. The wine has a bright, zesty demeanour, with sharply defined citrus and apple. The acidity makes it perfect for roast chicken, tuna steaks or sushi. Enjoy through 2028.
