Jackson-Triggs Grand Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2021

Fruit for this wine comes from the Tufford Road Vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore, after which it’s left on the skins for eight hours before pressing. The end result is a complex wine brimming with gooseberry, mango, pineapple, pear, river pebbles and freshly cut grass. The producer suggests pairings of shrimp tempura, fish tacos, or creamy pasta with mussels.
