Grapes for this wine were sourced from the commune of Sury, located just to the northeast of Sancerre proper. This small region boasts impressively old Sauvignon Blanc vines, southern orientation to maximize sunlight exposure, and deep flinty soils that impart a chalky minerality to this approachable, fruity wine. Serve it alongside a fresh summer salad topped with goat cheese.
