JoieFarm “A Noble Blend” VQA 2025

The label of this aromatic white declares it’s ‘Inspired by Alsace,’ A blend of Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Auxerrois yields an intensely flavoured wine of canned peaches in syrup, white floral, yellow apple and a slight stoney note. Off-dry with zesty acidity for a clean and tidy finish, I’m thinking Croque Monsieur. Score – 4 Stars (out of 5). (Courtney & Erin Henderson, Vines, 2017)
