The vineyard sits in the commune of Saint Laurent l’Abbaye where the soils are primarily Kimmeridgian limestone marl. Forged in stainless steel, this 100% Sauvignon Blanc offers beautiful citrus, white peach and marine-mineral notes. Savour with goat cheese or a seafood risotto.
