A merging of Pinot Gris from the Short Hills Bench and Four Mile Creek sub-appellations that offers a wonderfully fragrant nose of fresh cut cantaloupe, banana and white flowers. Light-bodied, with invigorating acidity and lime citrus notes energizing the palate, leaving a zippy, persistent saline finish. Pair with crab cakes or stuffed mushroom caps.
