Marsanne and Viognier are staple varieties of the Rhône Valley in France, but they’re quite rare in Ontario vineyards. This exceptional blend of the two is smooth and textured with layers of perfumed florals, ripe and zesty tropical fruit and rich, toasty honeyed tones. Sip with pork belly or pan-fried mackerel.
