KIN Vineyards Civil Grit Chardonnay VQA

This Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees for nine months. Though it can age for a short time, it’s meant to be enjoyed young. There’s pear, apple, citrus and a dash of banana here, with lots of crushed-rock minerality. A wine for grilled salmon or grilled chicken. (Vintages Panel,Aug. 2019)
