KIN Vineyards Traveller’s Chardonnay Chardonnay VQA

From KIN Vineyards, a new winery in Carp, in the Ottawa Valley. This is a fine, unoaked chardonnay. It’s pale yellow, with aroma and flavours of apple, pear and citrus with fennel, nut, melon and mineral notes. The palate is rounded with steely acidity on a bright finish. Pair with codfish with a side of tabbouleh.
