Hand harvested, wild fermented and aged in barrel for 30 months under flor. Bold aromas with notes of walnut, spices, citrus blossom and hazelnut. Full and round on the palate with nutty and spicy notes, good acidity and tannins. It pairs well with white fish and white meats in creamy sauces.
