Leaning Post Clone 96 Chardonnay VQA

Rich and creamy local Chardonnay from the Lincoln Lakeshore appellation. A core of stony minerality supports abundant fruit notes of pineapple, mango, lemon-lime, and citrus zest, with a kiss of vanilla and cinnamon from oak maturation. Pair with poached salmon in butter.
