LEANING POST THE FIFTY CHARDONNAY 2024

This bright, elegant Chardonnay was vinified and aged on the lees in concrete and comprises 63% fruit from Hemeris Vineyard in Beamsville Bench with the remainder from Grimsby Hillside Vineyard in Lincoln Lakeshore. It showcases orange blossom, lemon curd, nectarine and pineapple, with undertones of spice and wet stones. Savour through 2032 with fried zucchini blossoms, lemon-roasted chicken or sole meunière.
