This fresh and fruity wine is made from a blend of grapes gown around three extinct volcanoes, Sainte Marthe, Sainte Hilaire and Cadables. Vibrant citrus fruit with notes of melon and gooseberry shows well on the nose and palate with crisp minerality and a refreshing mouthfeel. Pair with creamy pasta or vegetable dishes.
