This wine is sourced from vines averaging 15 years of age planted in complex sandy marl, clay and limestone soils. It’s a zesty blend of Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Roussanne that shows notes of peach, lemon and grapefruit. Perfect for charcuterie, or French-style salmon tartar on a cucumber or cracker.
