Subtle aromatics of orchard fruit, nutty spice and a light yellow plum tartness on the nose here. The palate is textural and more expressive with some nice waxy and barrel fermentation qualities to match the ripeness. Great balance of fruit and savoury and a solid finish. Score – 90.
