This is definitely a wine to pay attention to as it opens in the glass. It peels back layer upon layer of aromas and flavors. Crushed stones, sweet cream and baked apple saturate the glass. The creamy palate adds hints of Macadamia nuts and tapioca. Impressively, there is good acidic chisel on the back palate to amp up the lush and youthful fruit. [Enjoy into mid-2030s.] Score – 95.
