Maison Louis Latour Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru 2022

Brimming with white peach, sliced pear and honeysuckle aromas, this is an excellent introduction the new appellation Pouily-Fuisse 1er cru (from 2020). Generous and creamy on the concentrated, medium-bodied palate. I love the long, very elegant finish, where biscuity character, bright acidity and chalky minerality are interwoven.
