Marqués de Cáceres Verdejo 2015

The aromatic Verdejo variety is a specialty of the Rueda region in central Spain. This expression shows pear and grapefruit with a sprinkling of spicy white pepper. There’s good oomph here, while vibrant acidity keeps things light and lively. Pair with seafood paella. (Vintages panel, Jan. 2016)
