Located at the southernmost tip of France, Costières de Nîmes can get quite hot, but the cooling effects of mistral winds and the nearby Mediterranean and Rhône River mitigate this, encouraging ripe, balanced wines. This white blend shows flavours of cantaloupe and yellow pear, with a touch of white tea.
