Mas Paillet Monts du Roi Chardonnay/Viognier 2021

A blend of Chardonnay and Viognier, the 2021 IGP Coteaux d’Enserune Mas Paillet Chardonnay-Viognier features delicate notes of honeysuckle and lime zest, backed by ripe pear and melon notes. Medium-bodied, clean and pure, it’s unencumbered by oak, letting the fruit shine brightly on the finish. It’s a terrific value. Drink date: 2022-2024. Score – 90.
