This Chardonnay is sourced from a sustainably farmed vineyard located in the southern end of Napa Valley. Initial aromas reveal notes of pear, honey and pineapple. The palate is creamy with well-integrated oak, vanilla and fruit flavours that follow through to the long finish. Pair it with scallops in a butter sauce.
