McManis Pinot Grigio 2023

This wine is mostly Pinot Grigio blended with a sizeable percentage of Chenin Blanc to introduce greater aromatic depth and complexity. It’s snappy and fresh, with citrus, melon, apple, and a touch of spice and mineral. It makes a fantastic sipper and will pair well with sushi.
