Miles Mossop Saskia 2021

Chamomile, white peach, and a honeyed note melt to a lush palate of peaches and cream, balanced by a wash of bracing acidity and a textural backbone from fermentation (all natural) and maturation in a mix of oak and concrete. The class of the 2021 vintage is on show here, with the granitic brightness so characteristic of the Paardeberg. Six varieties, the majority from dryland, low yielding bushvines seamlessly meld together for a dance of richness and freshness. Drinking window: 2024-2033. Score – 97.
