This well-structured white wine from Nemea is a blend of 70% Assyrtiko and 30% Kydonitsa, fermented in stainless steel with a small amount of Assyrtiko aged in oak. Rich fruit aromas and flavours present notes of citrus, lemon blossom, apricot and pear, with a hint of oak. Best enjoyed with roasted lemony lamb or chicken.
