Monoceros is an aromatic dry white produced using Vilana, a popular Cretan varietal. It reveals aromas of banana, lemon and green apple with a light and crisp mouthfeel complemented by flavours of kiwi and lime. Monoceros white pairs well with fried calamari, grilled fish, and vegetable dishes.
