The cool-climate Eden Valley is capable of producing Chardonnays of impressive elegance and finesse. This one comes from one of Australia’s most historic cool-climate Chardonnay vineyards, having been established in 1972. Look for crunchy tree fruit and citrus zest with an undercurrent of bright acidity, and pair with lemon chicken or seafood.
