Vibrant & bright 2022 from bushvines on home-farm, producing smaller berries with higher skin:juice ratio, aiding tannin & texture. Lime, fennel, quince & fresh apple on finely balanced & layered palate. Excellent expression of terroir & craftsmanship. Keep some for later drinking pleasure, as with 2021. Score – 97.
