Rioja Alavesa’s proximity to the Atlantic Ocean provides conditions that favour the production of bright, crisp, fresh whites. Most of this 100% Viura is made in stainless steel, but a small percentage is fermented and aged in French oak, imparting additional texture and flavour complexity. It’s an intense, floral wine, with citrus, apple and pear. Enjoy this with smoked fish or vegan smoked lox.
