Olifantsberg The Matriarch Soul of the Mountain 2019

Impressing both on the nose and palate, this is a superb Roussanne-based white blend with 28% Grenache Blanc and Chenin Blanc, demonstrating how well suited the varieties are to Olifantberg’s higher altitude terroir.
