Olivier Leflaive Blanchots Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru 2020

The tiny yet highly revered Blanchots Premier Cru plantings were once part of the Criots-Bâtard-Montrachet Grand Cru until its premier cru classification in 1930. A wine of exceptional quality, this is subtle on the nose, with an elegant bouquet of yellow pear, white flowers, acacia, verbena and marzipan. It will age and mature well into the early-to-mid-2030s, where it will develop an oily, nutty texture.
