Omaka Springs Pinot Gris 2008

Clean, ripe, stone fruit and floral version here, with distinct honeyed and wet stone minerality. The palate is fullish and fat, with very fine flavour intensity and rich texture, held tight by electrifying acidity. Long, apple and honeydew melon flavoured finish. Another fine wine from Omaka Springs, drinking well now or hold short term for more honeyed richness. Score – 90. (John Szabo, MS, Wine Access, April 10, 2009)
