Lydia White is a low-intervention wine produced using the rare, indigenous Sideritis grape varietal. The aromas show notes of pear, honeydew melon, chamomile and toasted almonds. The fresh flavours showcase citrus fruit with notes of lemongrass and a light and crisp mouthfeel. Enjoy as an aperitif or pair with salads.
