Pago del Cielo Celeste on the Lees Sur Lies Verdejo 2024

The 2024 Celeste Verdejo Sur Lies includes 14% Sauvignon Blanc from Rueda. At this stage, it leans strongly toward Sauvignon, with aromas of apple, grapefruit, lime and herbs. The palate is slightly creamier, with refreshing acidity. This is a wine that straddles both Verdejo and Sauvignon profiles, offering clear, expressive flavor and a taut, energetic structure.
