Pagodes De Cos Bordeaux Blanc Joanne 2024

Green apple, hay, elderflower, straw, light green gold colour. Zingy and alive, this has generous citrus elements. – lime, lemon and kiwi tang with a lovely, almost honeyed element to the texture. Not at all too lean or straight, this has some weight and layering. Not the biggest wine of course, but fresh and bright with lemony tang and hardly any bitterness. Clean and fresh with a mineral end. Great stuff. This will fly out of the glass! 25th vintage of this white. Ageing 17% new barrels. 3.07pH. Drinking window: 2025-2035. (Georgina Hindle,decanter.com)
