This wine is bone-dry on the palate, showing the bright citrus and driven minerality common for Niagara Riesling, with a warm, toasty finish thanks to extended time in barrel. Look for flavours of Persian lime, white peach, toast and vanilla, with hints of sliced mushroom on the finish.
