Papagiannis Retsina of Attiki Dry White Wine

Retsina has been enjoyed for as long as Greece has been making wine. Millennia ago, the Greeks would mix pine sap with Savatiano wines aged in clay amphora to make a salty-and-sweet, herbaceous dessert wine.
