Pascal Bouchard is a specialist in the production of Chablis and Grand Auxerrois wines. Made from Chardonnay grown in clay-limestone soil and vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel, this wine spent six months ageing on the lees and offers expressive lemon, iodine and mineral tones. Pair with pan-fried sausages and zesty mustard, or with seafood.
