Pascal Bouchard Réserve Saint-Pierre Bourgogne Aligoté

Although most white Burgundy is made from Chardonnay, white wines crafted from Aligoté can be exceptionally sleek and dynamic while offering great value. This one was grown in calcareous clay and vinified in stainless steel, where it was then aged for eight months. It delivers crisp apple along with tender white peach and pear notes. Excellent with seafood.
