Paul Mas Sauvignon Blanc

This Sauvignon Blanc comes from low-yield vineyards and is aged in stainless steel tanks. It is aromatic, with passionfruit notes combined with gooseberry, citrus fruit and a hint of fresh-cut grass. The palate is well-balanced, with refreshing acidity, notes of exotic fruits, and a lengthy finish. It pairs well with sushi.
