As the name implies, ‘Late Harvest’ means grapes are picked later in the year, allowing them to dry out slightly on the vine, concentrating their sugars and resulting in a richer, sweeter wine. This 100% Riesling was harvested before the frost set in, making for a well-balanced wine with bracing acidity and a kiss of sweetness. Pair with a spicy jambalaya or jalapeno poppers.
