Light and bright lemon-yellow colour. Green apple, crushed white marble and almond meal aromatics. Tightly wound around green apple and grapefruit notes with a hint of saline minerality underpinning the crisp and bright acidity. Great focus and drive through a linear channel to a crunchy finish.
