Light yellow with green tints. The nose is suffused with fine lemon and grapefruit coupled with heady floral aromatics. The palate is delicate and elegant with seductive acidity. The fruit is savoury, long and fresh. This is a racy Sancerre for elaborate freshwater fish dishes. Score – 91. (Gilbert & Gaillard International Challenge, 2021)
