This wine comes from 30-year-old vines planted in granitic limestone, chalk and clay soils. Classic lychee, rosewater, spice, and grapefruit with some tropical fruit on the fringes. Try it with sweet-and-sour fish, or tofu wrapped in seaweed. Enjoy through 2030. (Concours Général Paris,2024)
