This wine comes from 35-year-old vines planted in limestone-rich soils. It’s spicy and ripe, with apple, pear, grapefruit, lemon, and a shapely mineral note on the close. The subtle suggestion of sweetness is well-integrated and the balance pristine. Pair with mildly spiced chicken or spicy roasted cauliflower. This will drink through 2026+.
